Urgent Appeal Regarding Account Suspension Due to Incorrect Copyright Infringement Claim

My account was mistakenly suspended due to a copyright infringement claim. However, I hold the necessary copyright authorization from my supplier, who owns the design and provided me with the license to use it. The claim against my listing was based on a different copyright registration number, even though my copyright registration predates the complainant's. This design is original to both my supplier and me.

I submitted my appeal on December 20, 2024, but have yet to receive a response. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and reinstating my account.
