Regated in majority of brands

It has came to my attention that I have been regated for a lot of brands, even brands and ASINS that I'm currently selling. I would go and replenish my inventory but it says that I need to get reapproved to sell. I can still sell existing inventory in FBA and FBM but when I try to replenish it doesn't let me. And when I submit the right documents and invoice I still automatically get declined. No one actually reviews the documents I submit because a couple seconds after I submit them I get the results and I'm not approved. Can I ask why is this happening?

There is a good chance that the requirements for these products has changed, and you now need actual approval from the brand, not just an invoice from a distributor (although Amazon never states that up front).

If you have authorization FROM THE BRAND, send your LoA along with invoices.

Hello @Seller_aM6Q3c1doohiP,

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that listings have become restricted. While I understand that this may be frustrating for you, Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. While you may have been approved in the past, as the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.

Do you have a case ID that I can take a look at so I can see what brands were removed.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Michelle
