Need Help in removing unauthorized sellers Hijackers from multiple listings

I am reaching out to seek immediate assistance with an issue concerning our product listings on Amazon. It has come to our attention that unauthorized sellers (commonly referred to as "hijackers") have been listing counterfeit or substandard versions of our products under our ASINs, significantly harming our brand's reputation and confusing customers.

Our brand, Aiya since 1888, is a registered trademark, and we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that our customers receive only genuine products. The presence of these hijackers is leading to customer dissatisfaction and potentially damaging reviews, which are beyond our control.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as it is critically impacting our business operations. If any additional information or documentation is required, please let us know, and we will provide it immediately.

Thank you for your support and understanding. We look forward to resolving this issue quickly to maintain the integrity of our product offerings on Amazon.

Hello @Seller_tYW2NSh8SXJGn,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist.

In general terms, a seller that hijacks a listing is making changes to that listing (like the brand name) that are generally speaking not correct.

A seller that has an offer on an ASIN is allowed. IF the actual product from that seller is not the same product as what is in the listing or if the product is counterfeit, that is reported via Report Infringement Form if you are not enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry or utilizing the report a violation tool on the Brand Registry site if your brand IS enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry.

Please review the below resources for processes for each and best practices when reporting:

If you need further assistance or have already reported your concerns, but would like me to review, please provide the complaint ID and I will review. Please note, I will only be able to provide guidance and am not on the team that reviews these complaints.

Hope this helps!

Best, Dougal
