Fairly New Seller, Need help or explanation

Hey I guys, I am a new seller and still trying to figure the system out but have run into an issue and was hoping that someone can help my understand. For the past year most of my statements "beginning balance" started with a (negative) payout amount of the previous statement even though they have already charged my bank account. Basically after all calculations, I am being charged twice as the negative beginning balance of my previous statement affects my payout of the current statement even though amazon has already charged my bank and I am square with them and should technically start my new statement from $0. I have downloaded my bank statements and tried to explain numerous times to the service reps over-seas but they can't seem to understand my issue or give me an explanation. Can someone help me understand how this system works? The math is definitely not adding up for me but maybe I am missing something. Thank you

Hi @Seller_Lc03eevgVhcGq

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

Can you share any case IDs you have created over with support that I can take a look at to get a better picture of your question and concern. Also, can you clarify what do you mean by "amazon has already charged my bank and I am square with them and should technically start my new statement from $0"

Thank you,

Connor
