Account deactivated due to Association to another account not listed
Hello there, my account has been deactivated because it was found related to another account beginning with "Your Watch Accessories". I tried to find the account related but with no results, apparently it doesn't even exist.
Amazon is asking for documentation but there's no documentation to prove this account is not mine because first of all I don't even know what account we are talking about, second: how can you prove that an account you don't know the existance of is not yours?
If I can't provide any documentation, they are closing my account. Could anyone help?
PS: I tried checking my emails to verify I haven't created another account in the past, and of course I didn't. I also checked if I ever logged in on another device and only my phone and personal PC have the log in info. So I know for sure no one else has my info and no one else accessed my IP address to create a different account since It's my home IP address and personal PC I keep at home.

Hello @Seller_Mye9vQyXlHWk2,
Thank you for posting here on the forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated due to a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you are seeking guidance on what is required to get this resolved. I understand that the lack of clarity here is causing confusion for you so I am here to provide support in any way I can.
Since you mentioned that the related account starts with your account name, this suggests that you have opted in for global selling and one of your storefronts in another region has become deactivated.
To learn which global stores you have you can visit the account info section of your seller central. From there I suggest to visit the global selling help page and click on each of the locations you have registered in to login to that marketplace.
Once you locate which region is deactivated you must work to reinstate one of the stores within it. For example: If the European region is deactivated you can work to reinstate the UK store.
To learn why the store is deactivated, you can visit the performance notification section and follow the steps required.
Once the deactivated store is reinstated your US store will be eligible for reactivation.
I know this is a lot of information. Once you have done the above steps, please let me know what you find and how I can help from here. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
