Selling account closed. Cannot log in or reply to messages or talk to accounts to sort problems out

After talking to CS and wanting to change my prime from business to ordinary she sent a link for me to press. After that, my business selling account closed! Orders were coming through to my 3rd party connection but there was no way to log into my Amazon account to print or manage them (which was UKHaberdashery) even the email was gone ie if I put in my email and asked for a password reset it would come up with "email non-existent". I have tried contacting CS (many times) who after a long online chat about the issue would say "they'd pass it on to a specialised team" who the next day would say via a no-reply email "you need to log into the original account" which had been stated was the issue as I cannot. After setting up another business selling account UK_Haberdashery to hopefully speak to someone in the UK I am still getting "you need to log into your account" from everyone I speak to which again is impossible to do.

How can I sort out a problem with an account I cannot access if the only way to do it is to access it. This is just a catch-22 situation.

I need to speak to someone who can look at any account and hopefully gain access back to it.

you shouldn’t have opened a second account if the first was deactivated as they will link them and close both.

So is there no Amazon rep that can sort this out?

How are people who have had their accounts closed supposed to talk to Amazon about it, if you need an account to talk to Amazon?

Last year Amazon held account payments for many sellers due to an ill-informed VAT issue and I was part of that. Amazon failed sellers then with their procedures and again we have been bitten by Amazon and their lack of seller support although they are constantly telling sellers that they are there for them.

Amazon is the worst of the 3 platforms we sell on. At least they reply to ANY seller about any issue. With us, Amazon has turned the lights off, left the building and put "gone away" on the door with no forwarding address. Shameful and what we have learnt to expect from Amazon in all its greatness. Despicable.

So if you login on the customer site you cant login with your original email? or just the seller side?
