Inactive - Fix potential high pricing error

Just an FYI, incase you have not noticed an increase of this error. I have more and more legitimately supplied and authorized products which continue to get removed from Amazon because of this high pricing error. Setting min and max makes no difference. Amazon will only activate the my offer it I sell these items at a loss. The only profiteer is Amazon. Contacting support is pointless. So you AMAZON MODERATOR, do not waste your time with responding to this post. You know, like I know, nothing will change with contacting seller support with this issue. Good news is, some of these items are no longer found for sale on Amazon so I can do better with selling them on my own website. Amazon's loss is my gain.

I understand that you didn't necessarily want a Community Manager to reach out to you on this post... HOWEVER if you did want us to check out an ASIN(s) for you and you tried working with Selling Partner Support, we can see if there are any next steps that can be taken to fix the high pricing errors you were facing.

INCORRECT HIGH PRICE ERROR AS WELL & BROKEN CALL ME NOW FEATURE . HAVE SPOKEN TO OVER 25 PEOPLE SINCE FEBRUARY ABOUT BOTH ISSUES . INTERNAL TEAM IS USELESS, & FIXES NOTHING. THEY JUST SEND USELESS EMAILS DETAILING HOW O USE THE CALL ME NOW FEATURE THAT IS BROKEN & DOESNT WORK FOR ME, & A EMAIL SAYING TO LOWER THE PRICE FOR THE HIGH PRICE ERROR. WHICH IVE ALREADY DONE OVER 12 TIMES & IT DONT WORK. I EVEN CHANGED PRICES ON CHAT WITH A EMPLOYEE SO THEY CAN SEE IT ON THER SIDE & IT DID NOTHING OR WOULD ACTIVATE FOR A LITTLE BIT BUT THEN DEACTIVATE FOR HIGH PRICE AGAIN. I was selling at $7.60 & the 2 other sellers were selling at $8.40 & $11.80 both were higher than my price yet i was deactivated for the high price. IVE GIVEN PICTURES SHOWING THE HIGHER PRICES ON THE LISTING & THAT MY PRICE IS LOWER. THIS HAS TAKEN SO LONG THAT MY STRANDE UNITS TIMED OUT & WERE SHIPPED BACK TO ME & I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I SHOULDNT BE CHARGED FOR THIS BECAUSE AMAZONS EMPLOYEES WONT FIX THE ISSUE. I FINALLY GAVE PIC AGAIN & THIS MONTH MY LISTING WENT BACK ACTIVE & THEY SAID I COULD SEND UNITS IN AGAIN SO I DID & NOW THE LISTING IS BACK DEACTIVATED FOR HIGH PRICE & IM STILL THE LOWEST SELLER. AS OF TODAY 6-13-25 MY CALL ME NOW FEATURE IS STILL BROKEN. SO IM STILL FORCED TO CHAT WITH THESE RUDE EMPLOYEES THA DISCONNECT MID SENTENCE OR JUST DONT READ WHAT WE TYPE & WE HAVE TO REPEAT OVER & OVER . BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH. SO FRUSTRATING!!
