Entire batch of new inventory marked as DEFECTIVE!!
All my inventory is marked as defective. My new inventory arrived at FBA canada a week ago and now Amazon marks everything as defective. This is a total NONSENSE and I didn't even receive a notification. I only found out when I couldn't search for my listing. What is this evil business practice that Amazon is using to treat seller??

We have case ID 17463142671 and I’m really struggling to get anywhere with seller support on units showing as DEFECTIVE from a shipment below. we are asking the exact reason why these units are being marked as DEFECTIVE. We do not get exact reason why our product us marked defective and we are getting generic emails.
We know that there is glitch some were in the system that all the shipments are marked DEFECTIVE:
