Can someone from the moderators help with this resolution. One of our ASIN on the CANADIAN marketplace is looping between restricted and reinstated status every hour. In the past 10 days we have received more than 100 notifications, yesterday alone we have received close to 20 notifications. Today more than a dozen. The ASIN is typically restricted for about 10 minutes and reverts to active for about 30 minutes then everything starts again. Our sales have stopped, because every time the system restricts the ASIN all orders are canceled. We have confirmed both with the catalogue team and account help that that there is a glitch / error connected with this ASIN which causes the system to behave erratically. We have created a case where no one is reading what we write they just respond that the ASIN is active only to be restricted minutes after we receive their response.
