Reactivate My European Amazon Accounts
Recently, I updated my tax information, which led to the deactivation of my European accounts after the verification process failed. My USA account successfully verified the new information, but I am unable to find a way to resubmit the tax information for verification in my EU accounts.There is no “Edit” button available to update the information. When I select “Reactivate account,” the system redirects me to the “Account Information” page, but I cannot proceed further from there.In an attempt to resolve this, I also updated my credit card information on my UK account, as I read that this might trigger the system to allow updates. However, this has not resolved the issue, and the status remains unchanged.Additionally, I recently submitted a new Brand Registry application, but I am concerned it may be marked as “Ineligible” due to my deactivated accounts.Could you please provide guidance on how to reactivate my European accounts and ensure my Brand Registry application is not impacted?
