FBA Pallet Delivery Re-Directed

Morning,

Has anyone ever had their pallet FBA delivery re-directed?

We just been told by UPS that 3 of our FBA shipments that were intended for BHX4, were actually delivered to IUK9.

Stamp on PODs says 'Slam Transport' which seems to be 3rd party logistics working with Amazon in Coventry area.

Anyway long story short, been 2 weeks now and none of the 3 shipments been marked as delivered, all this show as 'In Transit'.

Seller Support is useless as always, but even escalating it to MD team hasn't help.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.

First port of call would be to speak to your courier and ask them where the pallets are, Amazon will not help you until the items are physically delivered.
