Not safe to ship to Amazon DE warehouse

Provided delivery proof from carrier (DHL who is Amazon's partner), yet Amazon claim that they did not recieve the items.

Open case to request reimburse or a statement of not receiving the box.

And Amazon just replied ' We understand that you request a a statement,we've contacted our senior team about this issue; unfortunately, due to existing policies, Amazon is unable to send you this statement. If you or the carrier have a receipt confirming delivery, but Amazon has no record of actually receiving the item, we are unable to reimburse you. '

Quite great! Amazon DE warehouse!

Hello @Seller_xyGOOPb54JhWC,

Emma here from Amazon, welcome to the Seller Forums!

To better understand your issue: What exactly did you send as proof of delivery and what is the current status of the shipment?

You can also check the different statuses here.

Best Regards,

Emma

First of all, I would like to tell you that Dhl is not a partner of Amazon. This is why Amazon can't track your shipment

Had the same problem, after some cases where Amazon told, that they never get the parcel, suddenly after 5 weeks it was found and booked in my stock. Always the same with Amazon. I send them also every proof but they did not accept it, but you see, after many weeks they found it, no sorry or anything from AMZ.

Au contraire, mon ami.

Inbound FBA is mostly done by "DHL RETURN", paid by Amazon, in Germany.

However this is a huge problem - as Amazon is the (nominal) sender & receiver. So you (FBA customer) can't have DHL investigate a package loss, and Amazon does not care.

This is a continuous problem for some time now. Up until a point Amazon accepted tracking and signatures, but suddenly something changed and we often receive that the stock was received with a discrepancy, the investigation has concluded and then whatever proof you send them they never reimburse.

Not only that, but they refuse to provide any additional information like the weight of the package upon reception, photos or any other information that could serve as proof that the discrepancy was actually there.

The same thing happened to us. We had a receipt for the delivery of 3 parcels, and the same person from Amazon signed for each parcel. We opened 10 tickets, nobody wanted to help and they simply closed our ticket each time. We lost €1000 because of this. We will never use FBA again.
