Hello @Seller_TOXyaM8hXNwGr,
I would be happy to provide you with some details on this issue.
After review, it appears the shipment in question was considered as abandoned because of one or more of the following reasons:
- The shipment belongs to a multi-destination plan but it did not arrive within 30 days from when the first shipment was received.
- The shipment was incomplete as the received item quantities were significantly less than your shipping plan.
- The shipment was delivered after it was automatically closed, canceled, or deleted.
These issues can lead to additional processing times, which in turn can delay the receipt of your inventory,
To ensure that all future shipments comply with FBA policy, please refrain from deleting or canceling shipments after you approve the plan. If you decide to change what you intend to ship, cancel your shipping plan and recreate with finalized items and quantities. In addition, ensure to follow these guidelines:
- Make sure that all shipments in your approved multi-destination plan arrive within 30 days after the first shipment arrives at a fulfillment center.
- Ship the exact quantity of each product in each shipment, as stated/detailed in your confirmed shipping plan.
- To avoid auto-closure, ensure all shipments arrive within 45 days of shipment creation for domestic shipments, or within 75 days of shipment creation for international shipments.
For more information, go to Canceled, misrouted and incomplete shipments.
We'll notify you if a shipment does not meet these guidelines. If you don't correct the identified issues, we may do one or more of the following:
- Impose per-unit Inbound defect fees or Inbound placement service fees.
- Reach out to you for one-on-one seller coaching and request a plan of action to reduce future defects.
- Suspend your ability to create or modify shipment until you have acknowledged all abandoned shipment defects.
To view further details of the shipment in question, please go to your Shipping Queue, search the shipment in question, and view defects in this shipment. Here you can also submit a dispute request if you believe this defect was reported in error.
Thank you,
