UK Account Deactivated "Submit for Verification"

My UK Amazon Seller account has been deactivated. Underneath the Reactivate Your Account button is a notice which states "Your submission is required". When I click on this, I'm taken to a page with my Identity Information on it. Everything seems to be perfectly in order with that. There are two Submit for Verification buttons, but nothing happens when I click on either of them no matter which browser I use. I am unable to contact customer support as all options seem to have been removed. How can I reactivate my account, or at least speak to a human who might be able to help?
