Missing payments issues
hello,
I have missing my 3 payment and i am not receiving my money in my bank account as i am working in UAE from more then one year always receive my funds in bank within 24 hours but this time i have not received my three payments my friends which are doing amazon receiveing their payments in 24 hours. After contacting amazon seller support they are saying wait for 5 days, when i now that if I didn’t get payment as other seller receive then it’s means that i will not receive even after 5 days I don’t know why no one trying to understand this everyone is kept repeating wait for 5 days. And i know after 5 days i get reply that wait case transferred to the team and the case is never answered. Please someone help me please

There can be a bunch of reasons for not receiving funds.
Have you recently changed your bank account? Did you have any chargebacks, or A-to-z Guarantee claims that would cause an account level reserve?
Have a look as well on your payments dashboard, performance notifications and our help pages concerning payments:
