Can't raise prices on my ASIN without losing the buy Box every time - Only Seller of ASIN!
I have been selling an ASIN on Amazon since Aug 2021 and with inflation, I have to raise the price of the product. The product since launch has been 43.99-44.99 - 98% of the life of the ASIN. B09DRKBMP2
Starting this spring, I tried to raise the price and the same thing happens every time.
At first, it was a $2 increase which stuck for about 45-60 days. Then lost the buy box with "Not eligible to be the Featured Offer due to significantly high price: You can lower your price to become eligible to be the Featured Offer" There are "No reference prices available" on the pricing health page. I reset the price to $42.99. Get it back after 24 hours. Tried again for $1 & $0.50 with one price change per quarter this year.
So this morning I found that the buy box was dropped for the 3rd time this year with only a $0.50 change.
Here is the kicker. This product is only sold by my company. There are no other listings or conditions on this ASIN that could be in the way of the buy box. We sell it on our own website which is behind a login wall and at a $20 higher price than Amazon. It is sold on eBay at $20 more than Amazon so it can't be off Amazon's lower price.
This product checks all the boxes for Amazon... It is FBA, it also has over 1500 monthly subscriptions, & sells over 200 units a day, and is never out of stock. The only thing it doesn't have is automatic pricing because Amazon wants the price lower than what we can sell it at.
This is ridiculous. Based on the inflation rate of the last 3.5 years I should be able to sell this product at $51-53 with no issues. So because of the buy box loss, I am losing out on ~15% of the margin. Not to mention the possible us tariffs coming in 2025.
So Amazon why can't I raise my price? Please help!

Good Afternoon @Seller_XBCghfgV9QWo0,
Apologies for the delayed response. I see that you worked with Brand Registry support on CASE ID ending in 8241 and they mentioned that your listing is featured offer eligible. Feel free to let us know if anything happens to change and we would be happy to investigate. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
