Account deactivated, no help for 6 months

Hello community, I created my seller account a long time ago but never used it. Im just about to launch a business and would like to sell my product on Amazon. The issue is that my account is deactivated, I have no idea why, and customer support has not been helpful. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thank you!

You were deactivated due to inactivity or a failure to finish one of the three levels of verification.
