Need Help: Amazon Claims My Shipment Was Empty Ups
I’m reaching out for some advice and assistance regarding a frustrating issue I’m facing with a recent FBA shipment.
I shipped 28 units to Amazon Fulfillment Center via UPS partnered shipping . The shipment was checked in by Amazon on July 1, 2024, and they initially recorded 28 units. However, on July 15, 2024, the inventory count was adjusted to -28 units and the shipment was closed, effectively marking my shipment as empty.
Amazon has informed me that their investigation confirmed the shipment was empty, making it ineligible for further reconciliation. They are asking for proof of the shipment's weight to verify the claim, but they also mentioned that as the shipper of record, Amazon would have this information.
I’ve reached out to UPS support to see if they can provide proof of weight during transit and they have provided proof of delivery. but seller support has me running in circles with automated responses even though i have sent them invoices of the products.
I’m now stuck in a loop between Amazon and UPS, with neither able to provide the necessary documentation. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How did you resolve it? Is there a specific way to request this information from Amazon or UPS that might yield better results?
Any tips, advice, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
