Evri Tier 4 Pricing Issue
Hi,
We moved over to Evri for SFP start of August as they gave us a good collection time on Sunday's, so we could offer prime and get the prime badge.
We were shown the rate card and that the prices will adjust on Buy Shipping when we hit the tier, we send over 10,000 SFP orders a month so knew we would hit the 8500 parcel limit to receive tier 4 pricing which is 2.80/2.90 a parcel.
As of September my Buy Shipping rate for Evri is correct tier 4 pricing but checking my August invoice we have been billed at tier 2 for most parcels, this has worked out to over £10,000 more in shipping charges than being charged at the tier 4 rate even though I sent 10,200~ parcels using Evri in August.
Surely hitting the 8500+ parcel limit would mean that the parcels should have all been charged at the tier 4 rate?
Evri can't be expecting for us to move the majority of our volume over to them yet have to build up to tier 4 pricing and taking the higher price hit along the way?
Anybody else had the issue and managed to get a credit for the difference?
Thanks,
