Amazon's never ending loop
In April 2022 Amazon Seller Central deactivated my account for drop shipping. I wasn't aware of that I was breaking any of the terms of conditions at the time however I want a unfortunately mislead by this "Influencer" whom shall not be named and is no longer Active online (Jail). After researching the terms and conditions it turns out that at the time Drop Shipping was a grey area (it was allowed if you were transparent about it to the customers). Long story story its been over 24 months and Amazon continues to hold my wallet hostage. I've sent countless appeals with all the documents and information requested and it gets almost instantly denied with a vague "insufficient information" and the more I add it does not change the result of the situation. Everytime I submit an appeal it gets auto declined, when I have amazon call me they're not account managers so they're solely going off of their opinions. and there are 0 ways to contact a human case manager who can actually take time on this account and verify all my information. I have more than 20K in my wallet for over 2 years that I cannot claim in this never ending loop. I am now looking into if i close my account do they have to release my frozen funds or does that entail me forfeiting them? Desperately in need of some answers thank you.

If you do not have brand approved distributor invoices, you cannot proof your products were authentic. That means your funds are confiscated. Slimmest chance to get any money back via mediation. Read the TOS that you should have read before you started for more info

Does your suspension notification say you have violated the seller code of conduct or section 3?
I understand how challenging it must be to have $20K on hold by Amazon.
Have you applied for Funds Disbursement?

Hello @Seller_5XMkyuhc3P2ZZ,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
From what you have shared, I see that your account has been deactivated for quite some time and you have questions about how to initiate the funds disbursement process.
Per the funds withholding policy, you may request your funds 60 days after your account has been deactivated. A separate evaluation will be conducted to ensure your account has not engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity. Once the investigation has been completed and approved, you may receive your funds 90 days after the deactivation date.
That being said, have you reached out to the disbursement-appeals@amazon.com email to initiate you funds disbursement as of yet? If so, could you share the follow-up notification you received from that team about their decision?
I am looking forward to your response and guiding you further. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
