Different FBA charges for variations

I have had a few Parent child listings and although the sizes and the product is same but different , I have noted that atleast one ASIN would be charged more than others, I have tried to contact amazon but havent recieved a proper reply, anyone has had the same problem ? how did you resolve it ?

Check the size and that the dimensions entered are the same as the others.
