That is not how you request a call back from Amazon. You are just talking to other sellers here in the forum.

Your wording tells us that you are very new and don't know nothing about selling on amazon.

Go in your seller central, scroll down to “Learn”, click Seller University and watch all the videos. That will take 2-3 months. You are not ready to sell. Selling on Amazon needs a lot of learning. Read this forum daily, write keywords in the search bar in seller central and study the help pages that show up. Once you THINK having understood the basics come here again for specific questions. If you don't do all this, your account will be suspended without doubt soon or late.

(pssst..... nobody from Amazon wil "give you a call" - Amazon is a self service platform where the seller has to find out anything. You have to work in seller central like on a big machine - you put the settings and start the program and nobody will explain you how the machine is working)
