Does an actual human ever look at the invoices I'm sending for approval?
I've sold one particular toy brand for 5+ years without issue. I had some product authenticity complaints on one ASIN from this brand but providing my invoice from my authorized distributor cleared it up. But a year later (I bought a large quantity of this item to sell over the course of a couple years), Amazon no longer accepts the invoice. They then gate me on the entire brand, which I am pretty heavy on. Somehow this also cuts me out of selling all Plush Toys, even though this item is not a plush (think Barbie kind of item).
I've gone ahead and tried to get ungated on this brand several times now using several invoices from various suppliers (I bought this item from other suppliers too). And several times I've received an immediate response (within 1 minute) stating that invoices supplied are manipulated and/or forged (they ARE NOT FORGED OR MANIPULATED). There is no way a human is seeing my invoices and responding that quickly. We've been told that the invoices are missing UPCs or the addresses don't match, so we've had our suppliers update them for us to resubmit. Again, told they are forged. We've submitted invoices from several suppliers, a clean version and annotated (both digitally and with a pen and photographed), nothing has worked.
There is absolutely no reason why these invoices would be rejected. These items were purchased from an authorized distributor and the invoices contain exactly everything Amazon is requesting even though they reject them based on something missing. The minute later responses are an absolute joke too, there is just no way a human at Amazon is reading my application, looking at each document I upload to confirm the information there, and responding with a lie and a rejection.
What is going on at Amazon? If I try to call in to Amazon seller support, they confirm that my invoices look good and contain what I need for approval, but they honestly can't do anything so they're just telling me what I want to hear. Account Health is useless in this instance too, and it's apparently impossible to get a hold of Brand Registry or the Catalog Team. Are there any Amazon humans out there that can use their brain and logic to get my invoices looked at and approved? This is just killing my business.

But are these suppliers authorized to allow you to sell this toy brand on Amazon?

Hi @Seller_4j3LX3CZ8KivG,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Yes we do have individuals here reviewing the invoices. Can you please provide me with the Case ID you submitted for these?
Best,
Dominic

I believe that invoices "expire" after a year for ungating purposes due to grey market suppliers using outdated invoices as part of the scam. I know when we get asked for invoices amazon specifies that they must be in date.

I am sure Amazon employees are laughing at all the hoops you have to jump through. Enjoy the circus.

You're assuming that there are actual humans working at Amazon
