Unable to Report Abuse, Hijacker Operating Multiple Accounts
Hi everyone,
I’ve been continuously facing issues with a hijacker taking over the Buy Box on my listings. Reporting abuse has become ineffective for me recently. Each time I report abuse, I receive an almost immediate email response:
"Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported [ASIN] for the violation type selected."
Test buys and reporting abuse have proven useless in this case.
To make matters worse, this hijacker appears to be operating with multiple accounts—I’ve identified at least four accounts so far. The hijacker keeps switching accounts every 2–3 days, hijacking the Buy Box for a limited time, and then removing all offers before repeating the process with a different account. The names and addresses of these accounts are almost identical, even down to the addresses.
I’ve reached out for support, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
Here are the names and details of the accounts involved:

If anyone has dealt with a similar issue or has insights on how to escalate this effectively, I’d greatly appreciate your advice. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m looking for a way to resolve it.
Thanks!
