How to appeal a closed case for a brand approval request declined

Hello,

New seller here and in need of assistance appealing a closed case for the brand approval request declined.

I have received an email stating "In this case, the application has been declined. Advise you to use the “Reapply” button to submit a new request for approval."

Apon reapplying, I immediately receive an email stating "We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application"

But, when I reply to the message I receive a message stating "

We're sorry. You've written to an address that cannot accept incoming e-mail. This automated response will direct you to the right place for an answer to your question or help you contact us if you need further assistance."

Does anyone know how to contact a human to assist with this matter?

I do have all of the needed documents for approval now.
