Safe-T Claim is Now Wastee-Claim , Legal action against Amazon with video proof (Shelf ship better)

Amazon keeping extremely useless employees in Safe-T claim, rather any single ppl deserve the job, our products are very costly, customer has tampered at least 2 lacs of asset in current sale, whereas at least 8 lacs in total so far, as per our SOP we record every order detailed video, picture in our separate CRM app, covers returned items as well.

sent shipping video with outer, internal contents as well as serial number shown, amazon says its not clear, whereas we safeguard very strictly.

Sue them... the upper management in amazon has no clue about the kind of scams, frauds, and poor service lower level employees are doing

You are right, Amazon is doing fraud these days, reimbursement is not received even after giving all kinds of proofs. Receives any return product from the customer without checking it and does not even give reimbursement.

in which type of fulfillment service you are (currently) enrolled in ?

standard, seller flex or FBA ?

we recommend you to enroll in FBA, in case you are not.

there is seemingly no other way to continue here (with such high-end product offerings).

This is also happning with us as even with videos uploaded as proof claims are denied with reason " you have exitems arecedded the limit of claim/s . " whats the meaning of this .. we ship via Easyship fragile products & concern warning Stickers & tapes to handle with care are always applied & it's the duty of easyship people to take care of such articals ... 80% of our items are found damage when a buyer decides to return for any reason but intact item/s ..& here's the thing ..reversrse teams pack them badly even in simple poly bags So item is bound to break ..& it does... But Amazon fools in safe-t claim/s denies the claim on pretext /reason as much they can have...this situation is making the question on shipping the item/s with easyship & Amazon is becoming loss making business for sellers ... Even now they are charging shipping cost for replacement orders too which is wrong ..it's all policies of some senior in top brass who is breaking Amazon's beauti of business & earning here?? .. Worst conditions are on.

Taking Legal Action will be the Right Step so Teach them the Pain of Sellers. Even, Their Listings even Go Suppressed Unnecessarily these days and the issue is also common for Description Updates. Amazon is hiring such a silly staff who have no knowledge regarding anything!

Move to FBA buddy, that's kind of the only way you can sustain if your products cost above Rs. 500/-. Below that you might be able to sustain using easy ship, but I wont advise. The delivery agents are also stealing from packages, what I have come to notice. With FBA you will be able to avoid such issues but even then, theft will happen. You cannot avoid it. That's part and parcel of this business.
