I have a listing / inventory item that I cannot delete. Need help.
So, I am trying to delete a listing in my inventory (delete, not close, as it is inactive).
After several attempts to delete, other attempts to fix the listing and then delete, etc. It is still sitting on my manage inventory page.
I even contacted support and got the "This listing will be fixed (deleted) on our end within 24 hours." (Case 17724507481).
When that didn't happen, I submitted a new case and received the following instructions:

We see that you request is regarding to the listing has a missing product category for the ASIN: 1928551041.
We understand that you have an issue with listing MY-ADDI-CZ0Q for ASIN 1928551041. We have investigated the listing thoroughly and found the following:
Your listing is not currently assigned to a product category therefore, it is not searchable on Amazon. To update your category, complete these steps:
Use the following link to open up your Manage Inventory page:

1. On the Manage Inventory page, click Edit next to the product you want to fix.
2. Select "Product Identity" and fill in the required information in "Recommended Browse Nodes/ Item Type Keyword"
**If not found:**
* Toggle the "Advanced View" to on
* Fill in the needed information in "Recommended Browse Nodes/ Item Type Keyword"
Now, none of that information is helpful. I cannot find "Product Identity" (I assume they mean "Product Details.").
I do not see "Recommended Browse Nodes/ Item Type Keyword".
So, if anybody can translate this into actual instructions, I would appreciate it.
Also, if Amazon is reading this and wants to just delete the inventory listing like I asked originally, I'd appreciate it.
