Inactive Listing Allowed Customer to Purchase & US Template Gone

Hello,

I am just getting back onto my seller account after almost a year of taking a break. A few things - My US shipping template is gone. I've tried to create a new shipping template and it's not giving the US as a region option. My second issue - I listed a product, and then set it to inactive while amazon was re-verifying my identity. My listing is still inactive, however a customer purchased this item this morning. How is that possible?

I wanted to check in with you regarding your inactive listing and missing template concerns. I saw your recent cases with Selling Partner Support and it looks like they were requesting additional information from you and did not end up hearing back. Did the issue get resolved on its own?
