Hi I am wondering if anyone can help me regarding my whole FBA shipments being marked as defective. My account was suspended last year due to the authenticity complain and I have got it reactivated 5 weeks ago. Since then every time I send the shipment all the SKUs become defective once they are received at Amazon warehouse. I have sent 2 separate shipment and there different SKUs in each shipment and none are the one which made my account suspended.

I have tried to contact the seller supper and they keep telling me that there is nothing they can do and I need to create a removal order. I have managed to create a support request ref: 11308861822 and there is no update regarding the reason why Amazon will not list my inventory. Could anyone help or point me in the right direction please?
