Discrepancy Monthly Summary Expenses vs. Invoices
Perhaps this issue has been answered elsewhere, but I haven't been able to find anything. I'm going through accounting in detail, and now I see that month for month, the amount under "Expenses" in any given monthly "Date Range Summary Report" consistently exceeds the amount for which I have invoices in that month from Amazon.
Every month, I get two invoices for the USA marketplace from Amazon, one for advertising and one for "Selling on Amazon Fees." The figure on the summary for "Cost of Advertising" always matches the Advertising invoice, but the remainder is always more than this "Fees" invoice.
I have already sent several requests via Seller Help asking for information in this regard, but these requests invariably get "Transferred", and then I get no further communication.
Many thanks in advance for any explanations as to how I can account for this difference.

Would you mind sharing the case #(s) that you have opened with Seller Support on this?
Is this for 'Other' charges you are seeing that don't have an explanation to them? I'd love to see if we can try to get you some answers here, but would first like to review your case/issue in detail and read through the correspondence that is provided to date.
