Amazon Pay under review Loop

I received and email from amazon pay, seems to be automated. I Have been selling for years without issue. It has asked me to verify some information such as recent orders, shipping information, tracking information, outside amazon business verification, etc.

The email cited specific amazon policies related to being a US citizen and legally allowed to sell.

I replied with all relevant information and received a response that said it was not sufficient. So i sent more detailed information. Again, same response. So i called amazon support, nobody could find the issue or forward me to anyone that could help. 3 phone calls, 3 separate people, no results.

The case number is CASE 15313658411]

I have open orders i would like to ship but why would I ship them if amazon refuses to pay me now?
