The only way you might get any support from an Amazon employee on the forum is by tagging a forum moderator eg. @Julia_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon

I trying to resolve that UPS stated products have been received by Amazon. Amazon have said do not have the products. UPS says Amazon is the customer and cannot provided more details or give me a refund.
