hello all, so ive been trying to get approval in the human ingestibles category for my product, the product and all legal paperwork has been fully approved by amazon im also eligible to apply in the category it sells in, its simply the matter of getting approval in the category now amazon are doing absolute nothing and i just keep going round and round, amazon can not verify my purchase with the manufacturer so they advised me to get a LOA from my suppliers supplier and i done this and provided them with it so they could verify it however it has been 3 weeks and they have not even attempted to verify the purchase with the manufacturer or even been in contact with their supplier and i know this because im in contact with the manufacturer daily and every time i enquire about it i just keep getting told its under investigation but todays response from support suggests that there is not even an open investigation, they have responded with we have checked the document provided and we are unable to verify the purchase, so basically they have not even investigated so i honestly do not know what more i can do except legal action because amazon are stopping me in recovering my funds from the product and they have no right in doing this especially since the full product has already been fully approved, my product also has a best before date so time is running out for me to sell my product, all i need is for amazon to verify my purchase yet this seems so hard for them to do yet my 12 year old son could probably verify the purchase within 1 week and yes my invoice is also correct its quite simply the matter of amazon verifying the purchase, this whole situation is absolutely ridiculous because its actually a very very simply thing i need doing yet its impossible for amazon to do, can anyone advise as to how to resolve this ridiculous issue.
