Guidance Needed: Shipping Individual Units within Inner Packs to Amazon

Hello Everyone,

We've been working with Amazon for a while and have successfully sent numerous shipments. However, we want to ship amazon with the inner pack level, and I'm unfamiliar with this shipping method. I've tried to understand through available articles, but they seem a bit ambiguous.

For clarity, I'm not combining different SKUs. Each inner pack contains the same SKU. Moreover, I'm not aiming to sell the entire quantity of the inner pack as a bundle; my goal is to sell items individually.

To break it down:

1 Carton has 4 inner packs.

Each inner pack contains 4 units.

So, the total units in a 1 Carton are 16 individual sellable units.

Each of the 4 units in the inner pack has its own UPC barcode. Meanwhile, the Carton, which holds the 4 inner packs (totaling 16 units), is marked with a GTIN-14 Barcode. My intention is for Amazon to recognize and stock all 16 individual units, rather than seeing them as 4 separate inner packs.

Is this feasible?

Could you guide me on how to label the shipment in Amazon's system to ensure they process the 16 individual units correctly? Also, should I also place the GTIN barcode on the inner packs, or could that cause confusion?

Also, How do I set and change the catalog attributes for the same so that we set minimum order quantity to 4 inner pack (total 16 sellable units)

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
