Amazon system mistakenly flagged my product as a "weighted sleep sack"
Hi everyone,
’m reaching out because I recently encountered an issue with my product listing on Amazon. I sell a sleep sack made from bamboo rayon with a 1.0 TOG rating, designed for children aged 0-36 months. However, my listing was flagged by Amazon’s AI system as a “weighted sleep sack,” which it is not. This resulted in my product being blocked, even though it does not include any added weight, beads, or features that classify it as a weighted item.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
