Virtual Identity Verification

Hi,

I received an email from Amazon asking me to complete virtual identity verification and gave me a link.

I submitted the documents and after I click on the Join Video Call on the Video Call Verification page, it keeps giving me this error saying "Internal Error - We're sorry but we encountered an error while processing your request,"

I tried different browsers Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and nothing worked. Also tried signing in and out of Seller Central but no luck at all.

How do I get to this video verification call? Your help is appreciated!

Open a case with Seller Support. If you don't get a satisfactory resolution from that, post the Case ID here and tag a Community Manager or two for assistance.

Any update with this? This is so frustrating trying to complete this video identification interview , but leads a broken link!!!!! Trying to get my main account back reactivated however no way of completing this video identification interview due to message "Internal Error We're sorry but we encountered an error while processing your request" and no possible way contacting amazon about this. I contacted the email on the notification but only a bot answers with the same link that redirects to the same message. Who can help with this? Please this is so frustrating to deal with.
