EAN Number issue

Hi,

Its been month I'm chasing Amazon team to resolve EAN issue. As per the Amazon's team the EAN number which we are providing is already been used in some dead ASIN's. How this happened and who did it and by when Amazon's catalogue team resolve is another question, as till date this issue hasn't resolved and we facing issues while listing any new products on Amazon
