Business Cards in Packaging?
I'm curious if anyone has any knowledge of Amazon's rules surrounding business cards/thank you cards in packaging. I know you aren't allowed to encourage reviews or offer discounts for reviews, but is there anything against having something in there that says "Thank you for your purchase. We pride ourselves in our product quality, so if you have any questions or concerns about the product, please email us at this address"?

Amazon will be the first to tell you...and they also constantly remind me.
Do not think about putting any email close to anything in your products. The "Thank you for your purchase" message is fine.

As stated by AMZSellerAmart, encouraging or requesting buyers contact you outside of Buyer-Seller Messaging is against policy.

As stated by your fellow sellers, you should not encourage buyers to reach out outside the buyer-seller messaging on Amazon. This will get you in trouble.
