some items are in category PERSONAL APPLIANCES,when customer buys it in FBA,and opens,

and then files for FBA Customer Return, Amazon doesn't want customer to send item back to FBA because it's UNRETURNABLE ITEM

Customer gets refund, seller stays without money and item which are often expensive even in wholesale
