FBA Shipment Delivered but not checked in for 4 weeks
Hi there,
My amazon shipment FBA185Z94MBH sent to BNA6 has been in "Delivered" status for 4 weeks now. Unfortunately, I cannot open an investigation ticket as the specified date keeps being pushed. Also, I sent another shipment to BNA6 and it successfully checked in without delays. Not sure how to proceed further or if someone from the support team can escalate this.

You've likely seen many similar posts here on the forums that receiving timelines can extend up to several weeks in some cases. Though your shipment is likely working it's way through a heavy receiving queue at the FC, feel free to tag us below if you do wind up opening an investigation after the eligibility date.
