How to resolve Error "Customisations cannot be applied to this type of product. Please try a different product type"
Hi,
One of our product ASIN's already has customizations applied to it, but when we try to edit the customizations we get the below error
"Customisations cannot be applied to this type of product. Please try a different product type"
We are also unable to add customizations to other such similar products.
We have already raised a case (ID 10174137772) with Amazon Seller Support more than 7 weeks back, but all we are get is a periodic reply from them that they are checking with their internal team and no actual resolution. In fact they have deleted our initial complaint in the thread.
Can't understand why they should take so long to resolve this issue since it is clearly a bug in their system.
And is there anyone who has faced a similar problem with product customizations and how did they deal with it?
