Reactivate your account and shows 0 issues to resolve
I'm trying to Reactivate my account but there is no option showing what I need to do. I click the link to "Reactivate your account" and it takes me to my account health page which shows no issues but has another link to "Reactivate your account". I click on it and goes to a page telling me to resolve the issues listed below. However, there are 0 issues showing, and I cant click on anything else to move forward in the process.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

Do you figure out why your account was deactivated? Any performance notification or e-mails?

Same exact thing is happening to me. I get put into a doom loop where I can't submit a ticket. I've had to completely shut down my store because of this and never did get told why my account was deactivated so I could fix it. Super dissatisfied with how Amazon treats their partners.

Thank you. I checked any policy issues and it still says 0. "Zero product policy violations".
Clicking on "Reactivate your account" takes me to a pages titled "Reactivate your account" but there are no links or buttons there for me to proceed.
I do see that not too long after your post the account was reinstated. I wanted to confirm if there were any other issues you were experiencing? if so, I would ask that you post a screenshot or detailed explanation of the situation so we assist your further.
