Guten Tag,
ich habe einen Freischaltungsantrag (Katalog-Autorisierung) gestellt um ein neues Listing mit GTIN Befreiung zu erstellen.
Da es sich bei den Produkten um Markenprodukte handelt und ich nicht Markeninhaber bin muss auch eine Markenfreischaltung erfolgen.
Ich habe die offizielle Erlaubnis von dem Markeninhaber ein Listing für dieses Produkt zu erstellen, das Dokument habe ich an den Freistellungsauftrag angehängt.
Wie gefordert wurden alle Bilder hochgeladen, Produkttitel und kurze Beschreibung angegeben.
Von daher würde ich gerne wissen warum ich die folgende Ablehnung erhalte bzw. wie ich den Antrag stellen muss damit ich eine Freigabe erhalte:

Either there was information missing or no approvals can be given for the brand at this time.
