unusual behavior by amazon

A few days ago, I had a video call interview with Amazon for account verification. I was not ready to speak in English, so I might have made some mistakes during the interview. Because of this, my account was not approved, even though all the documents and information I provided were correct.in the end of video call interview, I was told I would get a message about my account status within a few hours. Within two minutes, I got an email saying my account could not be reactivated because I was involved in fraudulent activities. This cannot be true because I have not made any sales, listed any items, or broken any Amazon rules. I registered a legal company and created a professional account on Amazon to do honest business.

Amazon has no proof that I am involved in fraudulent activities. If there is a problem with my documents or if something is missing, Amazon should tell me so I can fix it. If there is something wrong with my documents, I will correct it. If there is missing information, I will provide it. Deactivating my account without telling me the reason is not fair. I also filed an appeal, but I did not get any response from Amazon.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

You don't need to be a seller to break Amazon rules. "Fraudulent and illegal" can mean many things:

getting free products for reviews and ratings as a customer, too many returns and damaged returns as a customer, paying for ratings/reviews for you or other sellers, giving bad or good ratings to other sellers, getting or giving reviews or ratings from/to friends and family and from members of the same social media group, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of other sellers, hijacking branded listings, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, forging documents, selling fake products on other's or your listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it, false counterfeit claims, insulting or talking bad to Amazon employees, using a seller account created by someone else..... and many more. Amazon will NOT reveal what you did do. Just know that the bots see ANY movement you do and you did the last years on internet.

It could also be that you hired a VA who is related to abusive behavior of other clients.

Did you apply for Brand Registry? Then the fraudulent activity could be also because of the abusive behavior of your attorney.

The email you got from Amazon asks you to prove how you did NOT violate the policy. This will be very difficult and normally there is no return from "fraudulent and illegal".

Don't try to create another seller account, that one will also be suspended immediately, even using the name of your grandfather.

You've been hit with a section 3 deactivation. It appears you didn't pass seller verification.

Amazon uses the Section 3 reason as a catch all and they're difficult to impossible to come back from. The deception reference could be as simple as not providing Amazon with what they requested during your interview. You admitted you weren't prepared. Amazon will not give you any details.

Do you have a reactivate button on your account health dashboard? What happens when you click it?
