Prime or is it?

I sell books on Amazon Prime with the belief that customers will buy from me because they will receive the book the next day. Busy Millennials they are my target audience. However I have noticed other sellers who are also selling by Prime BUT they are taking 3 days or more to get the book to the customer. How come?

Seller fulfilled prime. That tends to have a two day margin.
Or alternatively, assuming it’s possible to do, Small and Light.

Take a look at the listing, are they actually fulfilled by Amazon or not?
