I’m afraid that you have discovered the hard way, that you can’t just buy items from shops and sell them on Amazon.
Your only option here, is to appeal the decision. You need to tell them which policies you have violated, why you won’t do it again and hope for the best.
When buying stock to sell on Amazon, you need to purchase from a proper source, such as a wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor.

At the end of the day what you have done is RA - retail arbitrage, and that is NOT the best or likely to be an accepted model of business on Amazon.

i have just tried to reason with them explaining that i understand the mistake maden and would ensure that would not happen again as to a change on the business purchase style and they reply back the most generic message ever pretty much saying we dont care couldn’t care less f off.
Dont know what else to do.
does anyone have a sort of template or a guide message sent to them that worked just so i can have a guide on what could potentially work with them.

Tkmaxx receipts may very well not help your case anyway cos they also buy from retail so your products are another stage down the ‘chain’

Maybe paste the response you done in here? If you spent under 2 hours doing it as you are new to Amazon then you have probably done to little or done it wrong.
My first one I spent 30-40 minutes researching how to do a POA and the structure on Amazon Seller Forum and Google. Then I searched on both for similar appeals and advice. Then I spent about 20mins going through the relevant policies. Then I thought of as many actions as possible on how to prevent the future violation.
Also have you implemented the steps in your POA and confirmed you have implemented them?
How many of Amazons policies did you quote? Did you show links?
Have you finished Amazon Seller University? Have you quoted the sections on this from what you learnt that is relevant to this violation on ASU?
Have you advised Amazon that you have completed ASU?
Have you employed extra staff or an expert or consultant to keep you updated on policies to avoid future violations?
Have you read all the Amazon News and do you check this regularly to see policy changes?
Have you maybe withdrawn all items that you do not have invoices from?
Have you made new accounts with wholesalers and provided Amazon your account numbers and invoices proving you now buy stock from reputable wholesalers? Do the invoices and paperwork you submitted clearly show all of the requirements of Amazons invoices?
You do have to jump through hoops. A POA is essentially a business plan. Imagine you are going to a bank and asking for a loan with no credit rating or reputation no proof of your business. So the Plan has to be solid and professional.
Have you admitted your mistake?
Have you mentioned that you have done the above research on Amazon Seller University.
It is also important you identify all possible causes of how you came to this violation and what steps you have put in place to avoid it in future.
You get the gist it’s almost like you are in court and you need a solid defence and Amazon are the judge and the jury.
Don’t take the above as gospel but just giving you a general idea of the extensive work you need to do in the POA there is tonnes in forums on this and it includes feedback and advice from Amazon such as Mary above

Hello @By_Cassia_Garofalo,
This is Noor from Amazon to help you with your concerns. It looks like you have concerns regarding account reactivation. Let’s work together in finding the solution.
We understand you have been trying to reactivate your account from the deactivation. As mentioned the invoices that you have attached for the concerned ASINs have not been accepted and that you are trying to submit the appeal acknowledging it.
There can be multiple reasons why the appeal might have been rejected.
-
The plan of action submitted must be detailed and strong. You have to ensure that the root cause addresses the violation on the ASIN in question and that you understand the policy that was violated.
-
The corrective measures that you have mentioned should have already been implemented.
-
Preventive measures discussed are detailed and strong enough to ensure that the violation will not be repeated again going forward.
-
The ASINs in question should have been deleted from your inventory to show that you have no intention of selling the ASINs that are in violation.
-
You have to ensure that the future preventive steps taken discuss about the supplier that you will work with and how are you going to ensure that they have valid documentations and how are you going to nudge the documentations?
-
How will you ensure that the listings that you are going to list are authentic and that you have valid authorization to sell them?
Kindly ensure that you’re plan of action does not sound generic and is not just for account reactivation but to ensure that the issue does not arise again in future.
For us to understand more on the issue and assist you better, kindly attach the information that was requested in the performance notification. Also, you can post in your plan of action here for us and other sellers to review.
Request you to review the policy Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy to understand the violation.
Additionally, I would suggest you to raise a case from here and attach the plan of action for our team to review it before submitting it.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Thanks & Regards,
Noor.
