So i just setup a new seller account individual account. No listings have been made yet.
Amazon has charged me for the $39.99, but here is the funny part. NO banking information has been added to this account. They took the money from my personal Amazon account. Which is nuts

Of course Amazon seller support has been absolutely useless as they can not read, and they just avoid the question at all cost. How did you charge my personal account that has nothing to do with this seller account?? Crickets.

Here on top you see the search bar. You will find many threads about this "first month charge", why this is happening and how you can ask a refund.
What was your question for seller support? How to get a refund? Why this is happening?
If you owe money to Amazon, they will take however possible. Since this is YOUR seller account, your buyer account HAS something to do with you.

Thank you for your post. The fee is for the professional seller account. In order to receive the refund you will need to add or update your banking information. You can do that HERE.
As long as you have not used any of the perks with having a professional sellers account, you can open a seller support case and request a refund.
