uploading all I have

Since you are new: do NOT upload anything!!!

To "upload" brands you need:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.

Hello @Seller_4Cc6yYRGWlQpS- and sorry to hear you've seen some upload challenges recently, but you are in a great spot to get some tips and tricks from the seller forums community!

Can you help confirm if you are referring to uploading listings through an inventory file? Uploading product images or videos? Uploading coupons or 3D models for a product? Turns out there's a lot of stuff to upload as an Amazon seller! If you can help share, then myself and the rest of the community may have better insight to provide, and please keep in mind you can always create a case with seller support directly for any urgent needs!

Thanks in advance,

Danny
