Shipping labels
We have tried to print our Royal Mail shipping labels this morning but the option of only printing the label has disappeared from the ‘orientation’ options. There are only two options now, both with integral packing slips. I have checked from two different computers and it is the same, so not a problem with the printer. It was fine yesterday. Can anybody help please?

Having the exact same issue; it’s not your equipment. For printing Evri labels, the option to print just the label is there, but not for RM, and not if trying to print a mixture of the two. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, it’s very annoying.

So, the option to print just the label has reappeared but the orientation is wrong. We use the typical 4x6 labels but they are printing landscape rather than portrait. It’s the same whichever computer/printer we use.

I think I’ve identified the problem but not the solution!
Large letters do give the option to print the shipping label only (PNG) in portrait; standard letters give the label option in landscape. If you try to buy a mixture of standard and large letters the only options given are the PDF combined packing slip and shipping label.
We have a standard thermal printer which means the large letters print fine but the standard letters are the wrong orientation. I have tried changing the printer settings but the one touch printing settings seem to override the printer settings.

And the reprint label option isn’t working either. Given that Amazon have effectively forced us to buy shipping through them, they should at least make sure the system is fit for purpose!
