hello amazon my listing is inactive because of global identity verification I gave my passport details and everything amazon was asking for but still I got this email that there unable to verify the passport but the passport is same I gave at the time of registration and after 3 months im getting email im totally unable to understand why its happening with my account plzz kindly help thnkyo so much
